Barbara K. Peel - President and Chairman of the Board
In 1960 Barbara K. and William F. Peel founded Red Coats, Inc., a commercial cleaning company. Active involvement in the management of Red Coats, both operationally and financially, her particular expertise in the management of costs and receivables has been instrumental in Red Coats' success. In addition to Red Coats, Inc., serves as Secretary of Datawatch Systems, Inc. Also actively involved in the management of the family's other real estate management business.
William F. Peel -Corporation Vice Chairman
A native of Washington, founder of Red Coats, Inc. in 1960. Prior to that, Division Manager of Franklin Research Company (a subsidiary of Purex). Past President of the Capitol Association of Building Service Contractors, served as Treasurer in 1974, and Host Chairman of their 1973 convention. Member of the Board of Realtors. Obtained designation of Certified Building Service Executive (CBSE) from Building Service Contractors Association International in 1976.
W. Mack Wells – Executive Vice President
Attended Lynchburg College in Virginia . Started with Red Coats, Inc., in 1966 as Building Supervisor learning all facets of the business before leaving in 1975. Worked in public relations with Rockville Crushed Stone, Inc., and was elected to the Board of Directors of the Rockville Chamber of Commerce. Moved to Puerto Rico in 1979 as General Manager of Caribbean Air Services, Inc., (freight airline serving Miami and the Caribbean ), subsidiary of Red Coats, Inc. Rejoined Red Coats, Inc., in June 1981 as Sales Manager after the sale of the airlines. Opened Florida Division office in Tampa , December 1982. Promoted to Vice President of the Corporation in 1985. Promoted to Executive Vice President in 1988.
Bob Butorac – Senior Vice President of Operations
Graduated from Marquette University . Has 30 years of executive management experience; 15 years in the building service industry in the Washington Metropolitan area at the executive level. As Senior Vice President of Operations, works in conjunction with Scott Kydd overseeing the Operations Department and customer service.
Scott Kydd – Vice President of Operations
Graduated from George Mason University with a Bachelor of Science in Economics. Experienced as an Area Manager and Director of Operations for a major contract cleaning company, and has comprehensive understanding of operation and management of commercial and residential accounts. Promoted to Vice President of Operations with additional responsibilities for ensuring adherence to contract specifications and facilitating customer satisfaction as well as overseeing the entire Operations Department and customer service.
Robert Wolak – Vice President of Operations
Graduated from Villanova University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. An experienced commercial property manager for many years, managing over 2 million square feet. Prior to joining Red Coats, Bob was General Manager of a cleaning company responsible for cleaning 3 million square feet of Class A office buildings and shopping malls.
Jack Ball – Vice President Southern Virginia and North Carolina
Graduate of Fairmont State College, Jack has 14 years of Management and Sales experience in Manufacturing and Distribution. As Regional Director Jack was in charge of Red Coats account from the beginning of our Richmond Branch in October of 2001. He has received several honors in his 22 year Sales and Management career. They include Presidents Circle, Hall of Fame and District Manager of the Year and Sales Person of the Year. A long time resident of the Richmond area, Jack joined the Red Coats Management Team in June of 2006.
Ralph G. Blasey – Vice President Business Development
Graduated from Rutgers University with a degree in Commercial Banking. He offers over 40 years of executive management experience in financial and manufacturing corporations. Responsibilities include identifying selling opportunities for the Red Coats Family of Companies, working in conjunction with the Vice President of Sales & Marketing and the Executive Vice President.
Erick Ireland – Director of Marketing and Sales
Graduated from University of Maryland, Baltimore County with a degree in Visual and Performing Arts. Experienced as an Area Manager, Marketing Analyst, VP of Administration and Vice President, he offers over 20 years of Service Industry experience.
Heath A. Chilcoate – Director of Business Development
Graduate of University of Maryland, College Park with a Business Management degree. He offers over 10 years of industry experience which include being a CEO of a short term housing company as well as Regional Operation Manager of a local facility management company. He works closely with the operational team and clients to develop creative and effective methods of staffing that tailor to the clients needs.
Glenn A. Compton, CFM – Director of Business Development
Graduated from the University of Maryland with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and a Masters of General Administration. He offers over 25-year's experience in business management, facilities management and sales/marketing. He has held senior facilities and business management positions with major associations in the metropolitan area. He earned the CFM designation from the International Facilities Management Association and is active adjunct faculty member in George Mason Universities facility management program.
Blaine Wilson – Director of Administration/Safety
Blaine joined our family of companies in 1994. He has more than 20 years of management experience and has spent the past 17 years as a Senior Risk/Safety Director. He has acquired numerous certifications from OSHA, NFPA, and the National Safety Council for regulatory compliance and training, and directs our Corporate Administration Division that is responsible for Human Resources and Risk Management.
Larry Weigle, Gary Gardini and Alexandria Scanlon- Quality Control Directors
Responsibilities include identifying cleaning levels in targeted accounts and working with management to correct deficiencies discovered in routine inspections. |
