Red Coats emergency response is second to none. The system has proven to be failsafe since its inception 4 years ago. The system is based on a 3 tiered paging system. The Vice Presidents and Division Managers are divided into groups of 3; each group is rotated weekly throughout the month to an on-call status. A call is placed to our emergency number (301)-654-4360. The caller is prompted to follow the directions and leave a message in the emergency mail box. The message then sends a page to the first person on-call, if the call is not retrieved within 5 minutes; the second person is paged, as well as the first, and so on down the line.
